Hello, I’m Corinna.
A healthy ageing coach on the Sunshine Coast, working with women who intend to stay strong, steady and independent for a long time yet.
I’ve coached people of every age and every starting point — beginners, returners, people rebuilding after injury, and women who simply woke up one day and decided they weren’t finished yet.
What I’ve learned is that the women who thrive after 40 aren’t the ones who train hardest. They’re the ones who train consistently, sensibly, and in a way that fits the life they actually have — work, grandchildren, travel, sore mornings and all.
So that’s the work I do. Not punishing sessions. Not becoming who you were at twenty-five. Strength you can feel on the stairs, in the garden, and on a long walk with friends.
Starting doesn’t take much. But that first step is often the hardest one, and sometimes what you need is simply someone who won’t let you give up — someone who understands what your health is worth and will walk beside you while you rebuild it.
I’d like to be that person for you.

Alongside my own in-home clients I coach at both, which keeps me in the room with people at every stage of fitness — and keeps my own practice sharp.
Nutrition guidance
Sensible, practical advice on fuelling your body well — offered within my scope of practice, and never instead of your doctor or dietitian.
Why women over 40
Because this is the stretch of life where what you do matters most, and where the fitness industry is least interested in you.
From your forties onwards, muscle and bone need a reason to stay. Balance needs practice. Confidence needs evidence. All three respond beautifully to the right training — and all three quietly slip away without it.
I’m not interested in shrinking you. I’m interested in what you can carry, how steadily you walk, how well you sleep, and whether you’re still doing the things you love in twenty years.
When I’m not coaching
I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. When I’m not working you’ll usually find me on a tennis court, or with my family and friends.
I also run Noosa Walk and Talk — a free community walking group here in Noosa. It’s the easiest way to meet me, and there’s no expectation to be fit before you arrive.
